01 / Where you are now

Where are you now?

An injury, an operation or pain can leave you with many questions. Choose the moment that best describes your situation: the path will adapt to your needs. Or, keep exploring.

02 / Beyond symptoms

It is not just the body.

After pain, surgery or injury, your confidence in movement, your habits and the way you experience your body can change too.

“Understanding what holds you back is as much a part of the journey as working on movement.”

Fear of getting hurt again

Uncertainty about what to do

The idea that movement is dangerous

Time spent avoiding something

It can happen gradually
  1. You move less
  2. You avoid some activities
  3. You stop doing what you enjoy

We work on the body and on what holds you back, so you can gradually return to what matters to you.

03 / The path

Step by step, towards independence.

We begin where you are today and build a path together that makes sense for your life, facing even the most difficult questions.

01

We meet

Your first assessment is a space to explain what is happening, clarify your goals and understand together where to begin.

02

We build a plan

We look at movement and what feels difficult. Then we shape exercises, guidance and practical strategies for your daily life.

03

We adjust course

Regular check-ins help us review progress, answer questions and adapt the path to what you need.

04

Return to what matters

Bring what you have learned into daily life and gradually return to the activities that matter to you.

The aim is not to depend on appointments. It is to regain confidence, movement and independence.

05 / A guide, not a shortcut

Hello, I’m Valentina.

I have worked as a physiotherapist for over 7 years in hospitals, private practices and people’s homes. I have seen how many questions arise when someone returns home after surgery, an injury or an illness.

That is why I also offer online care: a space to understand what is happening and build a path together that fits your life.

“What can I do now?” That question deserves a clear answer.
06 / Why online

Your real life is part of the assessment.

Online physiotherapy brings the assessment into the setting where you live and move. Together we find strategies you can bring into daily life, without unnecessary travel.
